Peregrine Corporation began its life in August 1984 with the purchase
of a service station in Woodville Park, Adelaide South Australia.
From this base the business expanded into specific Cigarette Retailing
business, Smokemart with the establishment of over 90 stand alone
Smokemart stores within 20 years.
Smokemart is a specialised retailer of Cigarettes, Cigars, Tobacco
and related product & gifts. To further capitalise on the physical
retail presence of the Smokemart sites, Giftbox was started in 1998.
This business is co-located with within Smokemart sites and provides
a comprehensive range of gifts.
The convenience business has grown dramatically since 1998 expanding
to over 30 sites across Adelaide. These sites are the most comprehensive
convenience offers available in Australia.
